I am a scientist and machine learning engineer with a passion for turning complex data into elegant solutions. I got my PhD in theoretical physics from the Max Planck Institute of Colloids and Interfaces in Potsdam, Germany. My journey has taken me from the world of theoretical biophysics to the frontiers of machine learning. I am a firm believer in the power of open source and contributing to projects like NMRLipids, scikit-mol, and IDPdatabank. Currently, I am taking a career break to explore the exciting fields of agentic AI, knowledge graphs, as well as to increase my contributions to the open source projects.
